Our ServSafe Advanced Food Safety course is available.
Once you purchase your and start the course you have 90 days to complete the materials. Once completed you receive a Record of Training. This can be printed and is required to take the certification exam.
ServSafe Advanced Food Safety requires a proctor to administer the final exam. This can be achieved in one of two ways.
- Students can attend one of our ServSafe classes to take the exam. To do this you can register online (choose the exam only option). You will then be able to attend the review class and complete the exam on the class date you choose. You will be required to bring your Record of Training to the class, without it you will not be allowed to take the exam.
- Student can also find a proctor to proctor the exam online. This has an additional cost for taking the exam online as well as what proctors may charges as their fee. This option is not currently available through the Education Foundation.
