Seattle Restaurant Rockers Invited to Audition for Annual Food and Music Event
SEATTLE, Wash.- The Washington Restaurant Association Seattle Chapter and Caffe Vita Coffee Roasting Company present the third annual SEATTLE SOUNDBITE CALL FOR ENTRIES! Between now and Friday, Jan. 15, 2010, Seattle SoundBite will be accepting entries for the chance to perform in the form of CDs and MP3s. This delectable event will take place on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at The Showbox Sodo.
Rules for Entry:
1. At least one member of the submitting band must be currently employed within the food service industry.
2. All submissions must be received by Friday, Jan. 15, 2010.
3. All entries must include band member names, name of member who is currently employed within the food service industry and contact email and phone number.

Seattle SoundBite is a City of Music event, unique in that only Seattle musical groups with at least one member working in the foodservice industry are eligible to perform. This annual pairing of great music and street-style bites is now in its third year. Net proceeds from Seattle SoundBite will be donated to ProStart and The Vera Project. Previous performers have included Helio Sequence, Sunday Night Black Out, Picoso and Sue Quigley. Participating restaurants have included Tango, Serafina, Cantinetta, Via Tribunal, Red Door and Ray’s Boathouse.
